Manufacturer Looking for Products (this from MarketLaunchers.com):
Market Launchers has just contracted with a plastics manufacturer here in St. Louis that is looking to acquire additional consumer products to sell in retail stores. We are looking for products that are "Little, portable affordable items that make your life better." Here are the details:
- Products do not have to be retail-ready, because the company is a plastics manufacturer and can manufacture them. It should be pretty far along in the development stage, though.
- The company will take care of the packaging so that each product has the same feel as the rest of their line.
- The company prefers products that are patented or patent-pending, but they might sign an NDA in some cases.
- PRICE POINTS: Product must be able to be manufactured for around $2.50 or less, and it should retail for $10 or less. If you are unsure, just ask me.
- If you are already selling it in retail stores, your website or on TV, that is OK.
The company is a new client of mine, and they ahve their own product line and are looking to expand it. If you think your product(s) meets the above criteria, then please send an e-mail to me (Paul Niemann) at niemann7@aol.com with either of the following info:

- A description, including pictures, and your contact info. If you have a picture of the packaging, please include that too.

Casting Call - Inventors Needed!
Lucky Dog Films is currently producing a show for network television featuring inventors and their creations. They are just starting their casting process, so they are searching for inventors to feature on the show. If your invention can somehow be connected to food ---whether it be growing, processing, preparing, storing, serving, disposing, etc., they would like to hear from you!
Show Premise: The two hosts travel the country to seek out inventors who may be on the brink of something big with their creations. Each episode will feature three inventors and their household kitchen or food-related creation. On network television, they will have the opportunity to learn how the inventors came up with their ideas, and potentially go all the way to the top with a pitch and deal with one of the nation's top manufacturing/distributing companies.
If you are interested in being considered for the show, please contact them. Let them know who you are, and what household kitchen or food-related invention you have come up with...be sure to include your contact information! They are in a hurry to cast as they begin filming the first episode early May. We will only be able to consider applicants who have working prototypes and a patent (or a pending patent).
